2. Wait for the confirmation of your appointment. We will contact you once we received your online forms and inform you whether to set an online/virtual consultation with the dentist or proceed to treatment in the clinic.
3. Payment. For online/virtual consultation schedule, please settle the consultation fee of P800 through any of these channels; (excluding ongoing Ortho patients. For HMO patients please refer to letter e.) a] bank online transfer b] over the counter payment - If over the counter payment is made, please send a photo of your deposit slip or online confirmation through FB messenger or through our online chat below. c] through our Paypal account - Scan the QR code below to send us your payment. d] through our PayMaya Account - Scan the QR code below to send us your payment. e] For HMO Patients, you will have to sign the claim form first in the clinic or via email before we schedule your online/virtual consultation. 4. Like us on Facebook Please be informed that our office will be implementing new procedures to ensure your safety and our staff. For an indefinite period we will be asking you to remain in your car upon arriving for your scheduled appointment. We will call you as soon as we are ready for you. Additionally, we will be checking everybody’s temperature via a non intrusive infrared thermometer. Please inform us if anyone in your family has been exposed to a person with fever, cough, cold, flu like aches or fatigue in the last 14 days prior to your appointment or if you are experiencing any of these symptoms yourself. If so, please reschedule your appointment. Our office will still continue to maintain our strict infection control practices. We will do our best to keep you updated with possible changes that may be needed to implement the protocol for infection control. Thank You.
